Voice Recognition

We are currently building the engine room for a exciting new product: Voice Recognition. This service is going to be simple to own, amazingly accurate at detecting Australian voices, extensive covering any Australian suburb required, extenable and completely configurable - whatever you need we can build it. We will be designing the system to be User managed - we are finishing off an amazing user interface to give you as much control as possible, ability to brand your own service as required with your own sound files and scripts.

We plan to launch two products which make use of the voice recognition service. The main product is of course the Australia wide suburb matching dialler - designed for franchise delivery of incoming calls.

The second service is going to be a fresh service for the industry, targetted at operations with only a few sites. The same full suite of facilities will be available, however there will be limitations of 20 for the number of words or suburbs recognised by the system. We believe this will be the perfect entry level voice recognition service for business looking to maximise their inbound facilities.

We are currently open to expressions of interest for these services however we will not be production ready until final testing is completed which we project will be in September 2010. Contact Us Here
