How much do updates cost?

Because of this, we have removed all charges associated making changes, and provide you access to make as many changes as possible through the customer console. The only thing you will need to pay for is the professional recording for sound files.
Do you provide the ability to send a bill to each franchise for the calls they receive?
Click here to show the answer to this questionYes, we can bill each of your franchises for the calls they receive. We charge $5 per answer point and we will need to setup each franchise as a customer of Simple Telecom in order to invoice them.
Is there a contract?
Click here to show the answer to this questionYes. We offer our voice recognition and keypress services on a 24 month contract. We will also require call projections and advance warning for any large advertising campaigns so we can ensure high levels of quality and capacity in our network.
